Meeting Space Request for Optometry's Meeting 2026
Welcome! To request meeting space at the Headquarter Hotel or an offsite venue for Optometry's Meeting 2026, please fill out this form for each event you wish to schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Submitting a request does not guarantee a space.  Meeting rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note that the Optometry's Meeting does not have control over venue rental fees, food & beverage costs, or audio-visual expenses.
KEY DATES
  • Alumni Receptions: Requests for Alumni Receptions must be submitted by January 5, 2026, for expedited space assignments.  These receptions will take place on Thursday, June 18, from 5-7pm.
  • ICW Requests: All ICW requests must be submitted by February 28, 2026 to receive early-bird pricing.
  • Event Confirmations: Confirmation emails will begin to be sent on April 1, 2026.
Once your space is confirmed, you'll receive an email with contact information for the hotel and audio-visual vendors.  You will work directly with these contacts to coordinate your room setup, catering, and billing.
