Hyatt Regency (HQ) Meeting Space Request Form

To obtain meeting space at the Hyatt Regency Orlando (HQ) Hotel for ATS 2026, you must complete the online Hotel Meeting Space Application as well as, submit the payment for the application fee and agree to the terms and conditions.

  • If the request for meeting space is approved you will receive a notification to login and complete the payment due for the meeting space reservation.
  • Payments are due within three (3) business days of the notification.
  • If payment is received when due, an official confirmation letter will be sent to the applicant providing the hotel contact details to finalize meeting details.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline the space will be released. A new request can be submitted and space will be assigned based on current availability at that time.
  • If we are not able to accommodate the request at the Headquarter Hotel, an alternate letter will be issued allowing you to reserve hotel space at at different conference hotel and the meeting space rental fee will not be charged.
