Non-HQ Hotel Meeting Space Request Form

To obtain meeting space in one of the ATS conference hotels, you must complete the online Hotel Meeting Space Application as well as, submit the payment for the application fee and agree to the terms and conditions.
ATS 2026 Meeting Space Application Terms & Conditions

• All space is based on availability of the hotels and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The applying company is required to work directly with the hotel property to secure their space, pay required rental fees and contract space, etc.  upon official approval for meeting space by The ATS.

• The application fee is required to submit a request and is separate from any room rental fees or food and beverage minimums of the hotel.
•  All requests must be approved by the ATS in order to secure meeting space at one of the ATS 2026 conference hotels. If the request is approved, an approval letter will be issued by ATS. 
• The applicant then provides the approval letter to the hotel of choice to secure space directly with the hotel property.
• All fees related to the space reservation and event are billed directly to the host company by the hotel or related service providers at the hotel.
