Unless otherwise noted, all Conference events occur at the Gaylord Rockies.

Please note: By registering to attend this conference on the CMAA website, you do not automatically have a room reserved. All reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Reservations are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis only. Any reservations requested after the room block is sold out, beyond the deadline, or through a third party are not guaranteed the group rate and are subject to availability.

Government rate: The Gaylord Rockies has offered CMAA a limited block of government rate rooms at the GSA per diem for October 2026. Please contact meetings@cmaanet.org for more information.

Hotel Shuttle to Light Rail: The hotel offers complimentary hotel shuttle service between the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center and the University of Colorado A Line Light Rail station at 61st and Pena St. This line has multiple stops that ultimately bring guests to downtown Denver or out to the Denver International Airport.
The shuttle picks up from the front drive of the hotel at the :20 and :50 of every hour, and brings guests to the A Line light rail stop at 61st and Pena St.
The shuttle picks guests up from 61st and Pena St. station at the :00 and :30 every hour to bring them back to the hotel.
The first pickup from the light rail station at 61st and Pena St. is at 5:30 a.m. daily and the first shuttle from the resort to the station is at 5:50 a.m.
The last pickup from the light rail station is at 11:00 p.m. daily, and the last shuttle from the resort to the station is at 11:20 p.m.

Hotel COVID Safety and Protocols: CMAA places the highest priority on the safety of our guests. We will follow safety guidelines and advisements for meetings as outlined by the CDC and the WHO, as well as state and local mandates.

Important Notice: The Gaylord Rockies is the only official hotel associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. Our official housing call-in number and website are through the hotel chains directly. The hotel will not solicit you to make a reservation. The only way to secure hotel accommodations at the CMAA rate is to book directly with the official hotels.
