Everyone entering TEVCON must be registered.* TEVCON is a full three-day conference strategically designed to maximize meaningful engagements among participants. San Diego Military Advisory Committee Reception at TEVCON Passes can be purchased starting March 1, 2026. Active-Duty U.S. Military, Coast Guard, Department of War, FBI and Law Enforcement Through the generosity and patriotism of our partners, TEVCON is free to active-duty U.S. Military, Coast Guard, Department of War, FBI and Law Enforcement personnel who can provide CAC card, official ID, or government email address and are approved by TEVCON management. Proof of active service must be provided during online registration and at the TEVCON registration desk upon each entrance into the conference. Pre-Approved Full-Time Students of Accredited Universities & Media A select number of pre-approved full-time students and members of the media will be granted free entrance into TEVCON. Advanced registration is required, and those approved for free entrance will be notified by Energy Defense Council, Inc. prior to the event. *Security and Counter Espionage All prospective TEVCON attendees, speakers, vendors, and exhibitors will be screened by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and TEVCON management.
