What is the exhibitor schedule of events?
- Wednesday, October 8
- 4:00-6:30 pm Registration
- 4:00-5:30 pm Vendor Setup
- 5:30-7:00 pm Welcome Reception
- 7:00-9:00 pm State of the Industry Dinner (by invitation)
- Thursday, October 9

- Please note: training sessions are not open to exhibitors unless you have registered for a training package.
Where do we pick up our exhibitor badges?
- You can pick up your badge beginning at 4pm on Wednesday, October 8th at the registration desk.
What is the address of the hotel?
- Hyatt Regency Greenville - 220 N. Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601
What can you tell me about the exhibitor raffle prizes?
- We will be giving attendees two punchcards (one for Thursday and one for Friday) that features all exhibitor logos. To participate in the raffle, each attendee must visit each exhibitor booth and get their card signed. Once completed they will then submit their card for the prize drawing. As a EuroTrain exhibitor, we encourage you to submit a raffle prize valued at $100 or more. Prizes will be given away during the prize drawing hours.
Where can we park?
- The hotel offers valet parking at $26.50 per night, billed to your room folio. Self-parking is available in the adjacent City of Greenville garage for $7 per night. The Hyatt does not have its own parking facility.
What can you tell me about inbound and outbound shipping?
- Inbound Shipping:
- The Hyatt can receive and store packages up to 3 days before your arrival. Items should be clearly labeled with your organization’s name, event details, and contact information. Packages arriving more than 3 days in advance will be returned to sender. Storage fees are $3 per box, $10 per exhibitor case, and $50 per pallet.
Each item should be clearly marked with the following:
YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME AND/OR NAME OF THE EVENT
HOLD FOR ARRIVAL mm/dd/yyyy
THE NAME OF YOUR ORGANIZATION’S ON-SITE CONTACT

- Outbound Shipping:
- If you are leaving packages to be shipped, they must be labeled with the proper shipment information and scheduled for pickup with your chosen courier before you depart the hotel. Your package(s) can be brought to the front desk for your shipper's pick-up.
