Educational Procurement Innovation Conference Scholarship

NAEP is pleased to announce additional funding available for EPIC 2026. Scholarships are made possible through partnership with companies who support NAEP and our members. These scholarships will cover a one-day pass of the attendee's choice to attend EPIC26. 

Scholarship Fund Partners

Thank you to our partners for supporting members with financial need, ensuring attendance at association conferences to provide professional development, networking and learning opportunities that shape our community.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applications will only be accepted from individuals who are employed by a current NAEP member institution.
• The applicant shall demonstrate a desire to expand their knowledge of higher education procurement and expanding their network.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need to attend the conference, including limited funding from your institution, or other factors that would make attending the conference financially unfeasible without assistance.

Considerations:

• Preference will be given to those who have never attended a NAEP national meeting (EPIC or NAEP Annual Meeting).
• Applications from institutions who have not attended a NAEP national meeting (EPIC or NAEP Annual Meeting) will be prioritized.
• Active participation in the conference (e.g., presenting a paper, leading a session, or volunteering onsite) may be prioritized.
• Previous scholarship recipients may apply again if they meet all eligibility criteria, though preference will be given to first-time recipients.

Important Dates:

Applications will begin the review process starting March 9th. Please submit your application as soon as possible to ensure you are included in the review process. The scholarship application will remain open until all scholarships have been allocated.
