We have secured rooms in our conference hotel for our attendees. Please make your room reservation early to secure a room. Reservations start at $329 a night, plus resort fee ($40) and applicable taxes.  Please book your room by March 6, 2026 EXTENDED TO 3/11 or before our room block fills.

Applicable Taxes
  • 10% Occupancy
  • 5.5% Bayfront Special Tax
  • $1.25 per room night California Tourism Assessment Fee

Rooms can sell out so secure your room once your conference registration is completed. If you receive an email from a non-NAEP email regarding availability at a different hotel, please disregard. 



AIR TRAVEL INFORMATION

The Gaylord Pacific Resort is easily accessible via San Diego International Airport (SAN), just 20 minutes from the hotel.

Fun Fact: San Diego International Airport is known as “Lindbergh Field,” named in honor of Charles Lindbergh, who made the first solo nonstop flight across the Atlantic. Its convenient location makes it easy to start your EPIC26 experience as soon as you land.
