Welcome to the APTA Pediatrics Annual Conference (AC) 2026 Poster and Platform Submission Site

The submission site is open for posters and platform from Monday, April 20, to Monday, June 22 at 11:59 p.m. ET. A fee of $25 is associated with the submission of each abstract.

To start your submission, please create an account below.

New for 2026, we are using the eShow platform. Most presenters will need to create a new account unless you have previously used eShow or are submitting multiple proposals for this year’s conference. If an abstract is accepted for presentation as a poster or platform, the presenter must be registered for the APTA Pediatrics Annual Conference 2026. Registration fees are not waived for poster or platform presenters. You will be notified of your submission status in July 2026.

Abstracts are intended to represent research or non-commercial content related to pediatric clinical practice. Commercial or promotional content is not acceptable. Abstracts must be original work that has not been previously published or submitted to more that one APTA meeting (e.g., the same abstract cannot be submitted to both CSM and the APTA Pediatrics Annual Conference). If an abstract has already been published, it may not be submitted. Disclosures of financial relationships associated with the work is required.
  • Posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall during an assigned poster session, as determined by APTA Pediatrics. Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the assigned session.
  • Platforms will be scheduled for 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters will be assigned a specific time by APTA Pediatrics.

Platform Presentations

During Annual Conference, there are two Research Platform sessions and one Residency and Fellowship Platform session. All are 90 minutes in length.

Residency and Fellowship Platforms & Posters

  • There is a separate opportunity for PT residency and fellowship graduates to submit an abstract for a platform presentation. These abstracts will be reviewed by the leadership of the Residency and Fellowship Special Interest Group (RF-SIG).
  • Applicants to the Residency and Fellowship Platform category must be graduates of or a current resident or fellow in ABPTRFE accredited Pediatric Residency or Neonatology Fellowship.
  • The project must be complete at the time of abstract submission, including all data collection and synthesis.
  • Only the current or former resident or fellow may present during the platform presentation.
  • See below for the project types that are acceptable for submission under "Types of abstracts”.
  • Residency and fellowship graduates accepted through this process will have the opportunity to present during a designated platform session. This platform session will start with a 5-minute introduction, followed by five 12-minute platform presentations, each with 3 minutes for questions, and will conclude with a 10-minute general discussion.
  • Residency and fellowship graduates who are not selected for a platform presentation may be invited to present their project as a poster in a poster session.
  • You do not need to be a member of the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy to submit an abstract. Decisions regarding poster and platform selection made by the APTA Pediatrics Research Committee and the Residency and Fellowship Special Interest Group are final.
