Welcome to the Federal Planning Division (FPD) Annual Training Workshop Registration Site.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU START!
This Registration site is for ATTENDEES (Government, Nonprofit, Industry, Emerging Planners, and Students) and SPEAKERS (Government, Nonprofit, Industry, and Emerging Planners) ONLY.
SPONSOR COMPANY STAFF: If your company is a Sponsor, DO NOT REGISTER ON THIS SITE EVEN IF YOU ARE SPEAKING AT THE WORKSHOP! All Sponsor staff will register in the Sponsor Service Center for their complimentary registrations (based on the Sponsor level) and additional registrations at the Sponsor rate. Contact your company’s booth coordinator or Lauren (EPG registration manager) at info@fpdtrainingworkshop.com to get access to the Sponsor Service Center. If you are a Speaker from a Sponsor company, you will register in the Sponsor Service Center, NOT on this site. Registration Options:
NOTE: Mobile Tours are not available to select at this time. When they are confirmed, Registrants will receive an email notification and can login to their registration record to add and pay for a Mobile Tour(s).
Group Registration: Group registration is offered this year. One person (the payer or administrator) can register multiple attendees and then pay once for all registrants. The payer / administrator must register each person individually, completing all mandatory fields (contact information, demographics, and registration option). On the payment page, click the “Add an Attendee” button at the bottom of the form to register multiple people. On the last registrant, continue the registration process and add payment for the group. The payer / administrator will receive a confirmation for all registrants and each registrant will receive an email registration confirmation.
Registration Fees:
Click here to see the registration rates for all Attendees and Speakers. Registration must be paid at the time of registration by credit card. Only Attendees and Speakers from government agencies can select “Send an Invoice” and pay later (all payments must be received by 30 March 2025).
Registration Fees are based on Member Status, Organization Type, Registration Type, and Date of Registration (early bird up to 2/28/25, late up to 3/30/25, and onsite from 3/31/25 to 4/3/25) as follows:

ATTENDEES - Government / Nonprofit / Industry: If you are attending and NOT Speaking, select this Registration type.
EMERGING PLANNERS: If you are ATTENDING OR SPEAKING AND an Emerging Planner (0 to 5 years in business), select this Registration type. If you are speaking, you will still be designated as a Speaker on the Training Workshop schedule, and you will get the Emerging Planner registration rate.
STUDENTS and FACULTY: If you are attending the Training Workshop and are a student or faculty, please select this Registration type. If you are a Faculty that is speaking at the Workshop, select the Student / Faculty Registration type - you will still be designated as a Speaker on the program and you will get the Student / Faculty registration rate.
SPEAKERS: All speakers from a government agency, nonprofit, or government contractor (that is NOT a Sponsor of the Training Workshop) must register for the Workshop - select the SPEAKER Registration type. NOTE: If you are an Emerging Planner or University Faculty and speaking at the Workshop, select your Registration type, NOT Speaker. If you are speaking and with a Sponsor company, DO NOT REGISTER on this site – see instructions above.
