Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Registration@recycledmaterials.org by Friday, July 24, 2026, 3PM Eastern. Any eligible refunds will exclude nonrefundable charges, including credit card processing fees and a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after July 24th are non-refundable.

To qualify for the membership rate, ReMA membership dues must be fully paid. Pending ReMA members must pay the non-member fee — the difference will be reimbursed if membership is approved after the meeting.
