Cancellation/Reduction Policy

Booth cancellations received on or before August 7, 2026, will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellation or reduction of space after August 7, exhibitors are responsible for the total cost of the booth space.

Cancellation of sponsorship and/or advertising opporutunities will be willl result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the purchased item.

Cancellations by company after signing the ITU contract will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the ITU fee.
