Qualified attendees include those currently serving in all branches of the United States military, Reserves, National Guard, federal/state/local government employees, law enforcement and first responders. Military and government attendees must present official government-issued identification. Registration is not open to retired military.


Registration is FREE for qualified attendees.


Parking is limited. Parking off-site and taking the shuttle is highly recommended. Shuttles will run between Crucible Training Center and Hartwood Presbyterian Church located at 50 Hartwood Church Rd every 10 minutes from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.


Foreign nationals (those not having USA passport) must pre-register in advance to attend ADS Federal Range Day 2026. ADS conducts background checks on all foreign nationals and may deny entry based on results. Foreign nationals are not permitted to register on site at this event. Please submit all foreign national registration requests by May 14, 2026.


Essential Clothing (Safety & Comfort)

  • Top: High-collared shirt (like a polo or crew neck) to prevent hot brass from falling into your shirt. Long sleeves are recommended to protect against brass burns and sun exposure.
  • Bottoms: Long pants (jeans, tactical, or cargo pants) are recommended to protect legs from hot brass and bugs.
  • Footwear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are essential to protect feet from hot brass, heavy falling objects, or rough terrain.
  • Hat: A baseball cap or brimmed hat keeps sun off your face and prevents hot brass from landing between your safety glasses and eyes. 

Safety Equipment (Mandatory)

  • Eye Protection: Ballistic-rated shooting glasses.
  • Ear Protection: Earplugs or earmuffs.


No personal weapons are allowed.


Federal Range Day is not open to the public, spouses, children or military/law enforement retirees. Qualified attendees include active duty military, federal, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, and first responders. Military and government attendees must present official government-issued identification.


Yes, all exhibitors, staff and attendees must always wear the badge given to them at registration. The badge must always be visible. This is for security purposes and to visibly know who is registered and part of the event.


ADS reserves the right to check all bags at any time.


Registration is located at the entrance of the Crucible Facility.

ADS does not sell attendee lists for any event. Please be aware of solicitations claiming to have ADS, Inc. registration lists, these are scams.
