CMAA Focus25 will provide attendees with valuable insights to leverage leadership skills, technological innovations, digital tools, trends, and resiliency best practices that pave the way for innovative and successful project/program execution. 

The conference goal is to provide PMs/CMs with the knowledge and skills they need to assume greater responsibility on jobsites, within their project and program teams, and within the profession.


CMAA Focus25 is a high-level conference highlighting the subjects and challenges faced by those leading teams and firms.  It is truly a must-attend event for established and emerging leaders; service providers and owners – anyone looking to develop the leadership skills needed in today’s program and construction management environment.

Yes, the conference app will be available for download on Apple and Android devices approximately two weeks prior to the conference. An email will be distributed to registered attendees when the app becomes available.

Registration

Your registration fee includes access to three days of education sessions, meals, and networking events.

Meals include breakfast and lunch on both Monday and Tuesday. Check the posted Schedule at a Glance for the specific meal times/dates.

Not included in your registration fee will be your hotel and travel to/from the conference. These items will be at your own expense. We have negotiated discounted rates with the M Resort, so be sure to utilize our reservation link to book your room.


If you need a copy of your registration confirmation, please send an email to meetings@cmaanet.org. Include your name, company, and email address you registered with to help us find your confirmation faster.


If you believe you are eligible for a category not available to you, please confirm that your membership is active on your main profile page, and that you have not created a duplicate account. If you are uncertain, please contact Member Services at (703) 356-2622 or membership@cmaanet.org to have them check your membership records.


If you believe you are eligible for the Speaker rate, please contact Meetings at meetings@cmaanet.org to have them check your records.


No, attendance for the education sessions are on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving to the education sessions on time, as sessions do fill up.


Requests must be submitted by email to meetings@cmaanet.org. CMAA will refund registration and ticket purchases, less a $125 processing fee, upon written request received not later than February 26. Due to CMAA’s obligations to guarantee meals and other expenses made on your behalf, no refunds of registrations or ticket purchases will be made after that date. Credits will not be held for application toward future conference fees. Name substitutions can be made at any time and must also be submitted in writing. Once a final reconciliation of conference finances is completed, refunds will be processed and issued.

Yes! Shuttle services for hotel guests to and from Harry Reid Airport are available by reservation from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily. The M Resort recommends shuttle reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Use their shuttle booking site or call 702-797-1000 to make a shuttle reservation.

The shuttle is complimentary for hotel guests only. It only provides service to and from Harry Reid International Airport’s main terminals 1 and 3. The M Resort does not provide service to tour operators or other private terminals. Unclaimed seats will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.

The M Resort is not responsible for airline/airport delays or improperly scheduled reservations. No transportation or compensation for delays outside the shuttle’s operating hours will be provided.


Onsite

Yes, badges must be worn at all times while attending the conference.


Yes, we will have onsite registration available at the conference registration desk located within the M Resort. Onsite registration rates will apply.


Earn up to 12 PDHs throughout Focus25.

Sunday: earn up to 3 PDHs
Monday: earn up to 5 PDHs
Tuesday: earn up to 4 PDHs


There will be self scanners outside each of the education session rooms. You will need to scan your badge upon entering the session. Session attendance information will be posted to your CMAA Learning Center and RCEP after the conclusion of the conference. You will receive an email when all credits have been posted. If you miss having your badge scanned for session credit, you can self-report your attendance by completing an attendance form distributed after the conference.
