I attend CMAA Focus to advance my personal network, gain insight into the industry, and grow as a construction manager. I enjoy the interactions with my peers and up and coming CMs. I feel so strongly about the connections that are made at CMAA Focus that I bring my mentee to allow her to grow in her career and make connections with other up and coming people.
