Welcome to The Alabaster Experience

You are stepping into a holy space designed for renewal, surrender, and transformation. This gathering is more than an event. It is an invitation to pour out, be restored, and encounter God in a deeply personal way. As you complete your registration, know that every detail has been prayerfully prepared with you in mind. Throughout this experience, you will encounter powerful worship, life-giving teaching, prayer and reflections, and intentional spaces for healing and renewal. Things you need to know

  • Conference Registration closes June 15, 2026. See conference website for details. 
  • A block of rooms is reserved at a discount rate at the Hyatt Regency at $159 per night.
  • Everyone must have a badge to enter the conference sessions and meals. 
  • Attendees must be 21 years or older to attend sessions. 
  • Children are not permitted to attend conference sessions and marketplace.
  • Men are not permitted to attend conference sessions. 
  • Friday night church service and marketplace are open to the public.
  • Excursion, closing banquet, and offsite church service open to guests and children for a fee. 
  • If groups are claiming tax exempt status for hotel accommodations, group must present all documentation required by the hotel and pay in manner required. 
  • There is a fee for parking.    

Cancellation   
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation policy carefully. 

  • All registration fees for the Alabaster Experience are non-refundable.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days prior to the conference start date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
  • If you are unable to attend, your registration may be applied as a credit toward a future Alabaster Experience event. Requests must be made 10 days prior to the event start date.
  • No refunds, transfers or credits will be issued for “no shows” or cancellations made after the stated deadline.
