When and where can I pick up my exhibitor badge and packet? You will pick up your conference badge at the registration desk located in the convention center upper level. Exhibitor registration hours: Thursday, March 6, 2025 \| 12:00-5:00pm Friday, March 7, 2025 \| 8:00am-4:30pm
How do I purchase lead retrieval? Click here to view and purchase lead retrieval.
What meals are included for Exhibitors? Meals should have been pre-registered for on your exhibitor registration prior to VISION. Tickets for Thursday Breakfast & General Session, Saturday Breakfast & Keynote, and Sunday Networking Breakfast are $35 each. The concession stand on the exhibit hall floor will also be open Friday and Saturday.
How can I attend the Awards Dinner/Casino Night? Casino Night tickets are available and should be purchased in advance for $75 each. Visit the registration desk for availability and purchase.
When do I have access to the show floor?
