You will pick up your conference badge at the registration desk located in the convention center upper level.

Friday, March 7, 2025 | 8:00am-4:30pm

 

Meals should have been pre-registered for on your exhibitor registration prior to VISION. 

Tickets for Thursday Breakfast & General Session, Saturday Breakfast & Keynote, and Sunday Networking Breakfast are $35 each. 

The concession stand on the exhibit hall floor will also be open Friday and Saturday.

Casino Night tickets are available and should be purchased in advance for $75 each. Visit the registration desk for availability and purchase.

New this year - 2026 booth selection will be online after the conference in April 2025

As an exhibitor in 2025, we are offering you an exclusive opportunity to sign up for your 2026 booths. At exhibitor check-in, each exhibitor will verify the current primary contact and their email that will receive the login and details of the booth selection information. Booth selections are determined on a points basis with points being earned on how many years you have exhibited, number of booths purchased, allied membership, sponsorships, and more. NOTE: Points are reset to “0” if you miss a year exhibiting. Note: We will be sending an email in March with the date and time of your specific booth signup time that will take place in April 2025. If you are not logged in during your appointed sign-up time, we will continue on with booth selections. As soon as you report to the Booth Sign Up portal, you can then select from any remaining space at that time. To receive advance pricing, you must reserve your 2026 space when the portal opens. Pricing has not yet been set for the 2026 event. Thank you for your continued support! Mark your calendars: March 5-8, 2026.
