Welcome to the Sim Gaming Expo 2025 Attendee Registration!

Ready to be part of the ultimate sim gaming experience? Follow these steps to secure your spot at the Sim Gaming Expo 2025! 

Step 1: Click "Start"

To begin, click the Start button at the bottom of the page to access the registration form.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Information

Complete the attendee registration form with your details. Be sure to enter a valid email address—this is how we’ll send your ticket and important event updates!

Step 3: Choose Your Ticket Type

Select the ticket that works best for you:

• Single-Day Pass: Experience the expo for one full day of your choice.
• 2-Day Pass: Enjoy two days of sim racing, flight simulators, VR experiences, and more.
• 3-Day Pass: Don’t miss a single moment—get the full event experience with all three days of access!
• Youth Guest (12 & Under): 2 complimentary passes are provided for guests 12 & under with paid adult admission. Additional passes can be purchased during registration.

Step 4: Review and Confirm

Double-check all your information and ticket selections before completing your registration. Make sure you’ve selected the right days and passes!

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

Apply any discount codes and enter your payment details to finalize your registration. Upgrades are available if you want to extend your pass later!

Step 6: Get Ready for the Expo!

After completing your registration, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your ticket and event details.

Important Notes:

• Exhibitors: Please remember that you must register through the Exhibitor Service Center.
• Attendees: You will receive your login information for the Attendee Service Center with your confirmation email.
• Please review the Sim Gaming Expo Code of Conduct and Ticket Cancellation and Upgrade Policy prior to registration.
