Reservations in the UP-Post Award Workshop blocks are solely reserved for registered workshop attendees. Any reservation made by an unregistered attendee will be canceled seven days after the reservation was made. Each attendee is allowed to make only one room reservation. Any additional hotel room reservation(s) made will be canceled seven days after the reservation was made.

Make your reservation early to ensure you stay at the conference hotel. Reservations are now based on availability and may not be at the negotiated room rate.
