*Non-members are eligible to apply the difference between the member/non-member rate towards NAEP membership dues for 2025.  Ex: Early bird non-member can apply $600 towards membership fees.  No refunds on excess if dues are less.  If dues are $1000, the member would owe $400 to become a NAEP member for 2025.
