NAEP Regional Conferences bring together procurement professionals from across the education sector for in-person learning, connection, and collaboration. Attendees explore emerging trends, share best practices, and engage in conversations around contracting, technology, supplier diversity, and more. 


Regional Conferences are designed for procurement professionals at all levels within educational institutions, as well as industry partners who support the profession. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned leader, you’ll find valuable insights, meaningful connections, and practical takeaways.

To update your registration details, log into the Attendee Service Center using the email you registered with and the autogenerated password included in your confirmation email. 


Yes, substitutions are permitted for this event only. You will need the original attendee’s registration confirmation number to complete the transfer. Please contact events@naepnet.org for assistance. 


Cancellation requests received by , 2026, if approved, will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Requests received after this date will not be approved. Conference no-shows are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are accepted for this event only.

Check-in is quick and easy. Please have your check-in email (sent prior to the conference), or your ID and registration confirmation number available. 


Full conference registration includes access to sessions, networking events, meals, and evening receptions. Some activities may have capacity limits, so early arrival is recommended. 


Business casual attire is recommended. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so we suggest bringing a light layer. Comfortable shoes are encouraged. 


Please indicate any dietary preferences during registration. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available onsite. 


Visit the registration desk during conference hours. NAEP staff and volunteers will be available to assist you.


You can review sessions in the online agenda or conference app and build your personalized schedule through the Attendee Service Center. 


Regional Conferences are designed as in-person experiences. Session recordings and virtual access are not typically available unless otherwise noted. 


CE forms are available through the conference app or website during the event. Complete the form with the appropriate session details for your records. 


Download the NAEP Conferences app from your app store and log in using your registration information. The app allows you to view the agenda, build your schedule, access maps, connect with attendees, and receive real-time updates. The app will be available approximately one month prior to the event. 


The full exhibit hall layout and exhibitor directory are available in the conference app and online.


Dedicated exhibit hall hours and networking opportunities are built into the schedule. Use the conference app to explore exhibitors and plan your visits. 


Connect with peers in your NAEP Region, hear updates, and explore volunteer opportunities. You can find your region information on the NAEP website.

NAEP and venue staff reserve the right to remove any individual from the event at their discretion and may restrict participation in future events.
