Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policies
“All Events” access fee includes access to all Conference workshops, general sessions, all meal functions, and all special events for the duration of the three-day Conference. Mail-in registration must be postmarked before June 30, 2025, and must include full payment. Any registration post marked after June 30, 2025, will be processed at the on-site rate.
Registrations canceled on or before June 30, 2025, will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. After June 30, 2025, there will be no cancellation refunds. There are No Exceptions.
Cancellation requests must be in writing. All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
There will be a $25 processing fee for all returned checks.
NALEO Educational Fund (“the Fund”), its staff, Board of Directors, volunteers, and sponsors disclaim any liability for the actions or omissions of suppliers to this Conference and disclaim any responsibility for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this Conference or any event(s) associated with the Conference. The planners and sponsors reserve the right, if circumstance compels, to cancel this function without penalty. At its option, the Fund may allow a refund of the registration fee to the Conference participant.
By checking the terms and conditions, you agree that any photographs, video, sound recordings, or any other depiction of you by any medium, will be the exclusive property of the Fund. You hereby give the Fund consent to use any such photographs, video, sound recordings, or any other depiction of you by any medium, obtained in connection with this event, for any purpose related to the Fund’s work, including, but not limited to, use in the Fund’s promotional materials and promotional materials of its donors and sponsors.
Registration Replacement/Transfers
If a NALEO Member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must pay the difference between the member and nonmember price at the time of transfer. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to NALEO Educational Fund by the paid registrant at least five business days in advance of the start of the NALEO Annual Conference. The signed written request should include the name and affiliation of the person to whom the registration is being transferred. No registration transfers will be processed onsite at the NALEO Annual Conference.
Badge Replacement Policy
Your Conference badge serves as a credential to access all the NALEO sessions and meal events during the NALEO Annual Conference. If your badge is lost or misplaced, there will be a $50 fee incurred to replace the badge. The transfer or sharing of badges onsite is prohibited.
