KEYNOTE
Sheila Joy, NASSCO Executive Director
Sheila began her career in the 1980s working for major advertising agencies in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. where she managed national accounts including ARCO Gasoline, Pioneer Sound Systems, and Amtrak. In the late 1990s Sheila launched her own marketing agency with a roster that included trenchless suppliers and contractors MaxLinerUSA, Applied Felts, Duke’s Root Control, Compliance EnviroSystems, Pro-Pipe, Visu-Sewer, BLD Services, and many others. In 2007 NASSCO joined that roster when Sheila began providing technical writing and other marketing services to the Association. Sheila has served as NASSCO’s Executive Director since 2018.
Evening Industry Mixer: On September 17 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, there will be a social mixer available to all registrants to provide an informal setting to connect with peers and professionals.
