Exhibit Space Costs

Booths are priced at a per booth cost for each 10 x 10 booth space and assigned on the floor plan on a first come, first paid basis at the discretion of NCA staff.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

Cancelations occurring before August 15, 2023, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancelations occurring after August 15, 2023, will receive no refund.

What's Included With Your Booth

Listing and Logo on Convention Central (online searchable program)
Three complimentary booth staff registrations per 10x10 booth space
8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
7" x 44" Cardstock Identification Sign
Carpet (the facility is carpeted)
General security guard service

What's Not Included With Your Booth

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, individual booth cleaning, internet or any other special service ordered by the exhibitor.
