Exhibit Space Costs

Booths are priced at a per booth cost for each 10 x 10 booth space and assigned on the floor plan on a first come, first paid basis at the discretion of NCA staff.

10x10 Exhibit Space: $2,100

10x20 Exhibit Space: $4,200

 

Cancelation/Refund Policy

  • Cancelations occurring before April 15, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancelations occurring after April 15, 2024, will receive no refund.

 

What's Included With Your Booth

  • Listing and Logo on Convention Central (online searchable program)
  • Three complimentary booth staff registrations per 10x10 booth space
  • 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
  • 7" x 44" Cardstock Identification Sign
  • Carpet (the facility is carpeted)
  • General security guard service

 

What's Not Included With Your Booth

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, individual booth cleaning, internet or any other special service ordered by the exhibitor.
