Hotel Poachers / Room Piracy Alert
Unauthorized housing companies — known as "hotel poachers" — have previously contacted NCA exhibitors and attendees offering cheaper hotel rates. This practice, also known as room pirating, is a scam. Do not share personal or financial information with these companies.
Hotel poachers may claim to be an NCA "partner" or "official housing company" and may ask for full prepayment. NCA has one official housing block — details are communicated exclusively through official NCA channels.
