FPD Training Workshop Call for Session Proposals

BEFORE CONTINUING - Download and read the Session Proposal Submission Guide

Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2025 Federal Planning Division (FPD) Training Workshop from 1 – 3 April 2025, held at the Westin Westminster in Westminster, CO. Sessions will be held each day as follows:

Monday, 31 March 2025: Registration Open; Exhibit Set up; Opening Reception in the evening
Tuesday, 1 April 2025: Opening Keynote; Sessions all day; Mobile Tours in the late afternoon; Emerging Planner Mixer in the evening
Wednesday, 2 April 2025: Sessions all day; Planner Awards Reception and Program in the evening
Thursday, 3 April 2025: Sessions all day; Closing Keynote Panel (program ends at 1:30 PM); Mobile Tours in the afternoon

This year’s workshop theme is “Collaborative Planning for a Healthier Tomorrow.” Tracks include:

Collaboration and Partnerships
Facilities Planning and Emergency Management & Preparedness
Technology
Transportation
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
