Our exhibit space for PSHRA 2024 is only available as part of our upper tier sponsorship or as an add-on to the existing packages.
Please note that PSHRA reserves the right to reassign your exhibit space if full sponsorship payment has not been received by the June 1st deadline.
The conference and expo have been designed to maximize networking and opportunities for sponsors/exhibitors and attendees to connect.
Each exhibit space includes:
• One 6’ exhibit table with skirt and drape plus 2 chairs
• Two complimentary booth staff registrations (access
to exhibits only. Tickets may be purchased for social
events.) Conference meals included.
• Complimentary listing on the conference website and
in the conference app.
• Exclusive opportunities to interact with attendee
• Proven traffic builders - Breaks, meals, and
refreshments in the exhibit area
Space Assignment
Space assignments are made based on a neutral priority point system that considers: Current and prior level of exhibit participation, sponsorship level, and the date an application has been received.
Exhibitors agree that all provisions in the Terms & Conditions are part of a formal contract for rental of exhibit space. Details concerning space assignment, show hours, decorating, and shipping will be provided in ample time for advance planning.
