Standard Exhibit Space - $8,000

    • 6’ table and two chairs
    • Two complimentary booth staff registrations including admission to the Welcome Reception
    • Proven traffic builders including breaks, meals and refreshments in the exhibit area

    • Logo inclusion on exhibitor signage & promotions
    • Complimentary listing on the conference website and the conference app
    • Lead Capture within the conference mobile app



Expo Hall Hours
- Move-In & Set-up: Sunday, September 28 - 2pm to 6pm
- Expo Hall Open: Monday, September 29 - 8am to 5pm & Tuesday, September 30 - 8am to 5pm
- Move-Out & Breakdown: Tuesday, September 30 - 5pm to 7pm

Sponsor & Exhibitor Application Payment Schedule

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with the application, with the full balance due no later than June 1st. Full payment is required for applications submitted after June 1st. Sponsor and/or Exhibitor benefits will not be available until full payment is received.

Exhibitors agree that all provisions in the Terms & Conditions are part of a formal contract for rental of exhibit space. Details concerning space assignment, show hours, decorating, and shipping will be provided in ample time for advance planning.
