Registration Rates
Early Bird Registration
June 2 – July 28
Regular Registration
July 29 – August 25
Late / On Site Registration
August 26 – September 12
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before July 16, 2026. Individuals who cancel by this deadline will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee and any applicable credit card processing fees.
ReMA will provide a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee for written cancellations received between July 16, 2026, and August 19, 2026, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
Cancellations received after August 19, 2026, are non-refundable. Registration substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional charge.
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to Registration@recycledmaterials.org.

| To qualify for the membership rate, ReMA membership dues must be fully paid. Pending ReMA members must pay the non-member fee — the difference will be reimbursed if membership is approved after the meeting.
