Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before October 15, 2025 will receive a full registration fee refund minus a $50 administrative fee. ReMA will provide a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee for registration cancellations made in writing after the October 15, 2025 deadline. Written cancellations should be emailed to Registration@recycledmaterials.org.

| To qualify for the membership rate, ReMA membership dues must be fully paid. Pending ReMA members must pay the non-member fee — the difference will be reimbursed if membership is approved after the meeting.
