Abstract Submission

The International Society of Urolithiasis Program Committee invites you to submit abstracts to the 15th International Symposium on Urolithiasis being held in Chicago, IL, October 1-2, 2026. All urolithiasis health specialists are strongly encouraged to share their scientific work.

Be sure to carefully review all submission guidelines in advance.
 
Procedure
All abstracts must be submitted through the ISU Abstract Submission Form. Abstracts are approved for presentation and inclusion in the annual scientific program at the recommendation of the 2026 Program Committee. The submitting author will receive an email confirming receipt of the abstract. Please notify your co-authors that the confirmation was received.

Submission Format
The recommended abstract length is at least 300 words but not more than 600 words, excluding the title and authors’ names. Abstract title should be descriptive (200 characters or less). The abstract text must be anonymous. i.e., without any authors’ or institutions’ names. Do not include the name of the hospital, university or city anywhere in the abstract. All abstract identification details, references, ethical approval, and disclosures will be taken separately during the online submission process and merged with the abstract text after review.
 
Images, figures, graphs and tables can be uploaded with a maximum total of 2 per abstract. Studies must not be split into multiple abstracts. This could lead to each abstract being downgraded. Preliminary Data will be considered.

Presentation Materials
Presentation material instructions will be provided upon notification of abstract’s acceptance. The ISU Program Committee will decide on the final presentation category for each abstract. All accepted abstracts will be published on the ISU website exactly as submitted.
 
ISU is not responsible for the content of each presentation, which does not represent ISU’s opinion.
