  • Secured sponsorship is not a mandatory prerequisite to submit a proposal. However, please indicate whether you have already identified potential sponsors and provide an outlined budget, if available

Presenter Requirements
NASPAG is a small organization of dedicated colleagues, and we are unable to offer any honoraria or travel/hotel/registration compensation to presenters. The presenter is required to register for the meeting and pay the registration fee. The presenter will arrange and pay for their own travel and is responsible for printing and bringing their own copies of handouts or take-home materials.

For Hands-On Workshops, we strongly encourage presenters to seek external funding and sponsorship to help cover the costs of materials and for shipping supplies to the conference site. If needed, NASPAG can offer up to $250 per hands-on workshop for support.

Selection Process
The proposal will be evaluated by the Program committee and ranked based on the following criteria: topic originality, impact to audience, substance (as provided in the brief description), and speaker experience with topic and public speaking. Priority is given to new topics, multidisciplinary sessions , and groups with at least one NASPAG member.
