General Services Contractor

GES has been selected to serve as the General Services Contractor for this conference.  Their range of services include furnishings, material handling and many other offerings.  Service order forms will be included in the exhibitor service kit.

Exhibit Days and Times

Friday, August 7
11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, August 8
11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Move-in (Installation/booth set up)

Thursday, August 6
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

All booths must be set up and all crates removed from the floor by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. 

Move-out (Dismantle/tear down)

Saturday, August 8
12:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Service desks

The official service providers will be onsite to assist you from move-in to move-out.  Show services desks will be located in the ballroom pre-function area.

Sanctions

Sanctions will be applied to exhibitors tearing down and/or moving out prior to the listed move-out time. Sanctions will be applied for not abiding to the overall AAN rules and regulations, which could result in jeopardizing your participation in future AAN events.
