ICW Meeting Request: Associated Group, Alumni & Industry

WELCOME TO THE OPTOMETRY'S MEETING SPACE REQUEST FORM

In order to secure your meeting space within the Omni hotel or at an offsite venue, please complete this online meeting space request for each event you would like to schedule during the Optometry's Meeting 2024 in Nashville, TN.

· Submitting a meeting request, does not guarantee meeting space.

· Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on first-come, first-served, space-available basis.

· Optometry’s Meeting does not influence or have control of hotel room rental fees, food and beverage minimums or audiovisual pricing.
· Alumni Receptions will take place on Thursday, June 20 from 5-7 p.m.

KEY DATES:

• Priority requests must be submitted by April 8th, 2024.
• Event confirmations will start being distributed on April 29.
• You will receive a confirmation with contact information for the hotel once AOA has assigned your space. Catering and Audiovisual pricing are linked within this email. You will be responsible for coordinating all event arrangements, including room setup, audiovisual, billing and catering.
