This will be a historic, awe-inspiring celebration that only comes once in a century! Be a part of history with your chapter now so no one misses out! This is an opportunity to further write your chapter into the history of Alpha Phi Omega. Imagine new members in 2055 looking back at this event and seeing the alumni of their chapter representing them at such a historical event. That could be YOU!

Students and alumni from all over the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico travel to the National Convention to experience the full force of the APO Brotherhood, grow their network, learn alongside and from each other and celebrate the Fraternity. More than 70 percent of all APO chapters are represented at the National Convention, come be a part of that number!

The Fraternity anticipates opening online registration in spring 2025. Early Bird discounts will be available to those who register before 11:59 PM CST on October 31, 2025. The final online registration deadline is November 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.


There are two registration packages to choose from – Full and Single Day Registration. The full registration package — which provides the greatest value (and the most fun!) — includes:

  • All-access pass to the Kickoff Party 
  • All-day access to APO’s 100th Birthday Party Events on December 30, including the Closing Celebration Banquet
  • A dining package worth more than $375 – including multiple chef-prepared meals, networking lunches and dinner celebrations
  • Convention and birthday swag
  • Access to learning labs, service projects, networking events, birthday celebration activities and more!
There will be a single-day registration option for attendees to participate in 100th Birthday Party Events on December 30 which include birthday celebration swag and all-day access to APO’s 100th Birthday Party Events, including the Closing Celebration Banquet.


All registration will be handled online prior to the start of the 2025 National Convention. Please reach out to registration@apo.org if something is prohibiting you from registering online so an event team member can assist.


Guests are welcome to register for the single-day option on December 30. If you have a guest who would like to attend the entirety of the Convention, please reach out to registration@apo.org for details.

Payment plans will be available for full registration packages until September 1, 2025. A $9 administrative and processing fee will be charged per registration to payment plans. Payment plans are not available for single-day tickets or children’s banquet tickets. 

Payment Plan Options Explanation

We offer a convenient monthly payment plan to help make attending the 2025 National Convention more accessible. The payment plan divides your total registration cost into manageable monthly installments, with the final payment due by September 1, 2025.

How the Payment Plan Works

Using the example of an early bird student voting delegate registration ($320 total):

  • Initial Payment: Your first payment will include a $9 administrative fee for the payment plan and will total $79.00 ($70.00 + $9.00). This is due at the time of registration.
  • Monthly Payments: The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments of $50.00 each.
  • Final Payment: The last payment ($50.00) completes your total registration fee.
  • Automatic Payments: All monthly payments will be automatically drafted from the original payment method you provide during registration.

Important Notes

  • A one-time $9 administrative fee is applied to all payment plans and is included in the initial payment.
  • All payments must be completed by September 1, 2025.
  • Your registration is not considered complete until all payments have been made.
  • The number of installments will depend on when you register - earlier registration allows for more installment payments.
  • Payment dates are set on the 1st of each month, with the exception of the initial payment which is processed immediately upon registration.
  • Payment plans are automatically processed using the payment method provided during registration.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds for each scheduled payment.

Absolutely! Simply visit the attendee service center using the credentials emailed to you when you registered, and go to the Registration Payment area. There are instructions on how to make a payment at the top of that page.


Absolutely! Registering a group is simple. After adding registration details for yourself, simply choose to add additional attendees and follow the steps in the system. If you want to take care of providing all of the details for each person you register – GREAT! You can do that! If you don’t have everyone’s information and just want to add the number of attendees and have folks provide their own details, meal type, etc. - also GREAT! You will just send them a special registration link that will appear after you complete payment so they can complete their attendee details.


Voting delegates (VD) represent their chapter on the legislative floor, which is the business meeting of the Fraternity. Each chapter is expected to send two voting delegates to speak on behalf of the chapter and cast votes on each piece of legislation that is submitted to the Convention.

Alternatively, non-voting delegates are student attendees who are representing their chapter at the event; however they do not have responsibilities during the Legislative Session.


Refund Schedule and Fees

  • Early Cancellation (through October 31, 2025):

    • Cancellations received before 11:59 AM CT on October 31, 2025, will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
    • The remaining registration amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Late Cancellation (November 1 - December 1, 2025):

    • Cancellations received between November 1, 2025, and 11:59 PM CT on December 1, 2025, will be subject to a $90 cancellation fee.
    • The remaining registration amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • After December 1, 2025:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 11:59 PM CT on December 1, 2025, except in cases of extenuating circumstances. By December 1, the Fraternity will confirm meals with the hotel and will be responsible for the costs associated with each attendee, therefore refunds cannot be provided after this date without clear cause.

Extenuating Circumstances

Refund requests after December 1, 2025, will only be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • Inclement weather preventing travel
  • Medical emergencies
  • Other unforeseen events beyond the registrant's control

Requesting a Refund After December 1

To request a refund after December 1, 2025:

  1. Submit your request in writing to the National Executive Director
    1. Clearly outline the extenuating circumstances necessitating the cancellation.
    2. Include your full name and initiating chapter.
  2. Submit all documentation by January 30, 2026.

All extenuating circumstance refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of the National Executive Director is final.
