Welcome to Seminar 2025 - Exploring the Possibilities: Together in Sync! You've reached the Exhibitor Portal for both Industry Exhibit Hall and Residency & Fellowship Showcase.  This is where you can reserved your booth for both shows, purchase an exhibitor theater, secure your Reverse Tradeshow tickets or become a sponsor.  

Each show has their own specific area to reserve your booth.  Please make sure you are in the right show before you begin.  Click the links in the navigation column to the left under "Become an Exhibitor/Sponsor to reserve your booth.

Once you have purchased all your Seminar items, you will get a confirmation email which will have the link to the Exhibitor Service Center.  The ESC is where you will arrange for booth furniture and services along with identifying Industry Exhibit Hall booth attendees. If you forgot to purchase Reverse Tradeshow tickets, need extra exhibitor badges or want to become a sponsor after you have already checked-out, you can access these options through the Exhibitor Service Center and add them to your company purchase.
