California Society of Health-System Pharmacists invites you to submit a poster abstract for presentation at Seminar 2026- "The Magic of Pharmacy-Shaping Tomorrow's Healthcare" being held at Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, CA.  We invite all residents, fellows, technicians, students, practitioners, and regional chapters to share research and practice expertise with colleagues.

    Submission deadline for Research, Research in Progress, Practice Innovations and Case Vignettes and Encore Presentations. 
    *Please note that you will be able to add co-presenters on the review step.
     
• Notification of Acceptance
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance or declination by Tuesday, September 8, 2026.  Those submissions accepted will be provided a registration code so that you can still receive the early bird rate for registration.
