Exhibitor FAQs


You will be able to upload a considerable amount of text and there is a preview button so that you can ensure you have captured the full text.


Logos must be a jpg, jpeg, gif, or png. The resolution is >600 dpi and the size limit is 1MB.

GES is our official general service contractor. Their service kit will enable you to order items for your booth including carpet, electrical, and furniture. They will also assist with services such as material handling, rigging, and booth cleaning.


Internet will be provided through the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. An order form will be available in late Spring.


Computers, screens, and/or TV’s will be purchased through our onsite audio-visual company. The order form will be posted in late spring when it is available.


These purchases will be made through GSA’s space request system which will be available in late Spring.


These services are provided by GES. They will have a service desk available on the show floor to help you.


Booth staff of an exhibiting company are permitted entry to the exhibit hall one (1) hour prior to opening each day. Entry is allowed only to those who are properly badged with either an exhibit hall only or full conference exhibitor badge.

Saturday, Oct. 18: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday, Oct. 19: 8 am – 2 pm

Wednesday, Oct. 22: 2-8 pm

Monday, Oct. 20: 10 am – 6:30 pm
