Welcome to the Staff/Volunteer Submission form. Click the button below to begin the submission process.

Volunteer Slots will be open from 11/29 - 12/3/2025.

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities and times are available throughout the convention. Below is a description of the different opportunities.

Tote Bag Assembly – Arriving early? We could use a few hands to help prepare the tote bags given away at registration. We will be unpacking the boxes and placing fliers in the bags.

Registration Badge Assembly – Arriving early? Help us with the final details before registration opens. Tasks will include alphabetizing new badges, placing tickets or wristbands into a badge.

Greeters Under the Blue Bear – Be our welcome committee. Help people find registration, the trade show and the bathroom.

Tote Bag Distribution – Distribute tote bags to those that have registered, keep the display of bags full by unpacking boxes.

Badge Distribution – Must be friendly and know your alphabet. Hand out badges and give directions to the next event for attendees.

Engagement in Convention & Awards Display Area – Discuss the contests and awards displays, help hand out award banners, and encourage participation.

Directions & Badge Checks – Before entering workshops, remind everyone to visit registration to pick up their badge. Give directions to sessions and the bathrooms.

Emergency Planning Check In or Registration Check In– Help check in those who have registered for paid workshops and hand out any materials.

Greets/Directions to Wagons & Whiskey – Help direct people from the convention center to the location of Wagons & Whiskey.

Usher at Main Event Stage Door – Before entering the Main Stage Event, everyone must have their badge.

Usher Inside Main Stage Event – Help people find seats, direct award recipients to their seat, assist people leaving the stage down the stairs.
