Ticket Cancellation and Upgrade Policy

All ticket sales for the Sim Gaming Expo 2026 are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds are not available under any circumstances, except in the event of a show cancellation.

While the Sim Gaming Expo 2026 is fully planned and expected to proceed as scheduled, in the unlikely event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be refunded. If the event must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, your ticket will be valid for the new dates.

Upgrades:

If you’ve purchased a single-day pass and decide you want to attend more of the expo, you have the option to upgrade your ticket:

• Upgrade to a 2-Day Pass: Apply your single-day ticket towards a 2-day pass and take advantage of the discounted rate for attending multiple days.
• Upgrade to a 3-Day Pass: Apply your single-day or 2-day ticket towards a 3-day pass to experience everything the Sim Gaming Expo has to offer, with added savings.
