The minimum booth size is 10'' x 10'' (100 square feet).  Booths may be combined to create a larger space.

Payment must accompany the Exhibit Space in order for booths to be secured.  Payment can be made by check or credit card.

Each 10' x 10' booth consists of an  3' high side dividers and a identification sign, 6ft skirted table and wastebasket.

All booths also include:

  • 2 staff badges - giving you access to the exhibit floor, lunches, general session and educational programs
  • Listing on the event website and
  • Pre- and post-show exhibitor mailing list

Yes, as the Exhibit Hall floor plan changes daily, the most current version can be found on our website. Click to view the most current floor plan. The booths in green or yellow are still available. The booths in red are reserved.

Each exhibiting company is allowed Two (2) complimentary staff badges per 10' x 10' booth space. Badges in addition to that will be charged the prevailing rate listed below:

Registration for additional badges will be open soon.

Badges will be available for pick up during set up & expo hours on site.

Wednesday,  May 5, 10:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. & 3:20-4:00 pm
 

Exhibitor Move Out

Wednesday, May 5, 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. 

NO! The only outside contractors you will work with are Source One, our exhibitor services contractor, for your booth amenities, such as carpet, tables, chairs, etc.,. Any other companies contacting you are not affiliated with LeadingAge Illinois.

Please be aware of housing and list poachers that have been contacting exhibitors about booking hotel rooms or selling attendee lists for the Annual Meeting & Expo. Many of these pirating companies are of foreign origin. We are NOT working with any outside companies to provide housing or attendee details, and we apologize for this inconvenience. Please ignore these pirating emails/calls.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation: No cancellation shall be acknowledged until written notice has been received by LeadingAge Illinois.
  2. Cancellations up to March 4, 2027 will forfeit 50% of the booth payment.
  3. Cancellations on or after March 4, 2027 will not receive a refund.
  4. Failure to Pay: Failure to pay the cost of the booth constitutes cancellation of contract & the reserved space.

Package Arrival Time: We ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days before the conference (4/30 if possible)
For returning packages after the conference, if you provide a pre-paid label The Meadows will take care of sending your packages back.

Yes, you encourage you to attend education sessions and is included in your exhibitor badge

The Advance Program will be available mid-February.
