Board Members and Trustees NOT employed by a provider or vendor can not attend at no extra cost if employees from the organization are not registered to attend. CE credit will not be provided.

Annual Confernce registration includes general session, breakout sessions, social reception, networking, breaks, lunches, solutions expo, up to 10 hours of CE credit/attendance certificates, digital handouts, and mobile app.

Cancellation Policy:
Substitutions welcome anytime via email. No-shows will be billed. A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 20 or more days prior to the event. No refunds will be given to cancellations received 19 days prior to the event. Refunds will be calculated by the date received and the days remaining prior to the event. All cancellation and substitution requests must be sent to Dawn Balder (dbalder@LeadingAgeIowa.org). LAI reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment, in which case pre-registered participants will be notified and full refunds provided. Organizations that have an unannounced annual survey by DIAL during the meeting dates will be eligible for a full refund.

Splitting or sharing a registration is not permitted. Registrations are to be used by the same person for the entire conference even if the person is able to attend only part of the conference. A one-day registration rate is available for anyone who can not attend the full conference.
