Exhibit Hall Schedule

Day 1 – Standard Exhibit Hall

Show Date & Time: Monday, November 2, 2026 | 3:30–5:30 PM
Setup Time: Monday 11/2 | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Happy Hour: 4:30–5:30 PM in the Exhibit Hall
Teardown: Monday 11/2 | 5:30–7:00 PM

NAEP schedules dedicated exhibit hall hours with no competing programming, ensuring attendees have focused time to engage with exhibitors. 
 

Day 2 – Reverse Exhibit Hall

Show Date & Time: Tuesday, November 3, 2026 | 10:15 AM –12:15 PM
Conference attendees will host booths for their schools for exhibitors and sponsors to stop by and ask questions about doing business with their institutions.  Reverse the rolls and decide who you make connections with.
