Join us at the NAEP South Region Conference to connect with procurement professionals from colleges and universities across the region. As an exhibitor, you'll have dedicated time to network, showcase your solutions, and build lasting relationships with institutional decision-makers.   
The South Region Conference offers an intimate setting perfect for meaningful engagement. Conference programming includes educational sessions, networking events, and exhibit hall hours designed to maximize your visibility and participation.  

Location: The Grand Hotel, Fairhope, AL
Conference Dates: 11/1/2026 – 11/4/2026
Exhibit Hours:

Monday 11/2 (Day 1 – Traditional) 
Setup: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
Exhibit Hall: 2:30 – 5:30 PM  
Tear Down: 5:30 – 7:00 PM 

Tuesday 11/3 (Day 2 – Reverse) 
Exhibit Hall: 10:15 AM –12:15 PM 

Booth Information 

Exhibitor booths are available on a first come, first served basis. Each exhibit package includes: 

• One (1) 6' table and two chairs 
• Two (2) complimentary full conference registration which includes access to the exhibit hall as well as all sessions, meals, and networking events.  
• One (1) complimentary exhibit hall only pass which includes exhibit hall access only.
