All cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellations received by January 15th, 2027 will be charged a $50 processing fee per person. Cancellations received after January 15th, 2027 as well as conference no-shows, will forfeit the full registration fee. Refunds are processed after the conference. Credit Card Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. However, if you need to pay by Purchase Order, we are happy to accept one.

Paying by Purchase Order:
To pay by Purchase Order, you must first complete the online registration and select "purchase order" as the payment option.

**Please include the invoice number on the check to ensure your payment is applied to the correct registration.  

Please note that full payment must be received prior to the start of the conference.
