What are the expo hall hours (Eastern Time)?

Move-In/Set Up: Wednesday, September 4, 2024, 8:00amto 12:00pm 

Expo Open:

-Thursday, September 5, 2024, 10:30am to 5:00pm

Where do I ship my exhibit items?

Materials should be sent through the Grand Hyatt FedEx Office Business Center. See FedEx information for more details.  


When can I ship my exhibit items?

We recommend you do not have any materials arrive more than two days prior to your check-in as additional storage fees may apply for early arrivals. See FedEx information for more details. 

How do I order electricity/AV for my exhibit space?

Electricity is available by contact Encore at: EventNow - EXH: PSHRA Conference and Expo
 

Is WiFi internet provided for the conference?

Complimentary standard wireless internet is available in the meeting spaces. For additional needs, see internet order form.
 

Do I need a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

A certificate of insurance is not required.
 

Is lead retrieval available?

Lead retrieval is available to all exhibitors in the mobile app. All exhibitors have been sent information regarding setup. Here is the: Step-By-Step Guide
 

Can I purchase an attendee registration list?

PSHRA does not sell or share the attendee registration list.
 

Can I sell items in my space?

Selling is strictly forbidden at the PSHRA Annual Conference. Any exhibitors found to be selling items directly to attendees may be immediately removed.
 

Can I serve food and/or beverages in my exhibit space?

Yes, you may serve food and beverage, however it must be ordered through the Grand Hyatt. To order food and beverage contact Michele Nebel Peake at pshra@ashtonconferenceplanning.com.

What are the requirements for my company’s promotional item?

Promotional items (quantity: 600) to include in the tote bags are limited to a flyer or postcard (up to 8 ½ x 11), or small branded item (ie. Pens or pins).
 

What do I do if I am providing a promotional item to include in bags?

If you missed the shipment deadline of last Thursday 8/15 to PSHRA's offices, please send your items directly to the event location for delivery by 8/30, OR bring to the staff office on-site (Grand Hyatt Banneker) on 9/3:
