This will include a mix of executives, managers, and practitioners responsible for Resource and Workforce Management, Project performance, customer service, and labor cost management in their organizations.

Professional and Consulting services operations in the technology space, internal Enterprise/IT operations, Marketing, Advertising and Creative Agencies, Accounting, Audit, Tax and Advisory firms, Product Development organizations, and Law firms conducting service intensive projects, Engineering organizations, and other internal/external client support.

Additionally, if you do not fit one of these industries, any company whereby you are managing pools of human capital and want to improve utilization and/or project performance can benefit from the Symposium.
