Yes, there is an optional pre-course course available for registration designed to benefit the roles of advanced practice providers in the specialty of Surgical Oncology, enhance clinical knowledge of advanced cancer therapies, and provide structured opportunities for interprofessional networking. Attendees will gain a comprehensive Understanding of how APPs contribute to the multidisciplinary care team, utilizing their clinical expertise and knowledge of advanced cancers to enhance outcomes in patient care. |

All requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to advancedtherapies@surgonc.org by January 24, 2025, for review. All refunds are subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. No refunds will be issued after January 24, 2025.
If you have a serious reason for being unable to attend, you are welcome to petition for an exception to this policy. To do so, please email SSO at advancedtherapies@surgonc.org to explain your situation and include any documentation to support your case (documentation is optional but recommended). These petitions must be submitted by Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (15 business days post meeting) to be considered, and the decision regarding your petition may take up to one month after the event. |

Yes, if you are not a U.S. citizen and are planning to attend ACT 2025, advance planning is critical. Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States and attend ACT 2025. |

By registering for this event, I consent and authorize SSO to copyright, use and publish any of the images or recordings in any format taken of me during any SSO event. I understand these images may be used for a variety of purposes and may appear on the SSO website, in SSO publications, promotional materials, or any other media now known or to be invented. I agree that SSO will not be responsible for unauthorized use of the images or recordings. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation and that the images may appear with or without my name. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or recording taken by SSO or the person or entity designated to do so by SSO.

For nearly a decade, SSO and other organizations have shared conference registration information with exhibitors and industry supporters (excluding email address and fax number). ACCME now requires attendee consent.
