The 2026 AAN Annual Meeting will be held April 18 – 22 at the McCormick Place Convention Center located in Chicago. The exhibits will be located in Hall F in the West Building.

General Services Contractor

GES has been selected to serve as the General Services Contractor for the Annual Meeting.  Their range of services include carpet, furnishings, material handling and many other offerings.  Service order forms are included in the exhibitor service kit.

Opening Luncheon: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Monday, April 20
11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Networking Crawl: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22
11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Service desks

The official service providers will be onsite to assist you from move-in to move-out.  Show services desks will be located on level two, one level below the exhibit hall.

Move-in (Installation/booth set up)

The AAN Annual Meeting uses a targeted move-in schedule for booths based on size and location.  Please refer to the targeted floor for specific dates and times.

Designated early move-in:
Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 16
8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. 

All exhibitor move-in
Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

All booths must be set up and all crates removed from the floor by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.  Please note: Exhibit booths not set up by this time will be reclaimed by the AAN under the No-show Policy as outlined in the Rules for Industry and Other Organizations at the Annual Meeting.

Move-out (Dismantle/tear down)

Wednesday, April 22
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 

Thursday, April 23
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Sanctions

Sanctions will be applied to exhibitors tearing down and/or moving out prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22. This rule applies to all exhibitors including those in the Association Neighborhood. Sanctions will be applied for not abiding to the overall AAN rules and regulations, which could result in jeopardizing your participation in future AAN events.
